Smaller
Items (under 150 lbs.)
Smaller items up to
150lbs. will usually ship via "FedEx or UPS". Our free shipping method is
for ground shipments, not 3 day select, second day
or next day air. If you need an item sooner you
can select an expedited shipping method when adding an
item to the shopping cart.
Larger Items
(over 150lbs.)
Items such as
generators (over 150lbs.), snow blowers and heavy
machinery will ship via "Freight Truck". When
"items are shipped via freight truck we will arrange delivery
with one of several freight companies that we deal with
on a daily basis. The freight company must be able to access your area
with a large truck (sometimes an 18-wheeler). The driver will bring the
item to the "tailgate" of the trailer, from that point
it is up to you to unload the item (they are not obligated to help you unload the
item or take the
item to your garage). If you need a liftgate please notify us
as there is usually a lift gate fee added by the
trucking company. To avoid a liftgate fee you can always pick up your
order at the trucking terminal in your area. This is a popular
delivery method. Make
sure someone will be present to receive the items and that you give us
a valid day time phone number in case the trucking company needs to
contact you. Also be sure to
fully inspect the shipment when it arrives. Notify the driver of any
damage or missing pieces. |

Located under the price on each product
page is a stock status for each individual item. Items
that are available for immediate delivery will state they "Usually
ships within 24 hours". These items
are usually shipped the same day the order is placed if we
receive the order by 1:00 PM PST. If the order is received by
us after 1:00 PM PST, your order will usually be shipped the
following business day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday
are not considered business days and no packages will be
shipped out on these days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on
a particular item. Items that are not available for immediate
delivery will state they are "On-order".
We may be expecting a normal shipment from
the manufacturer or the item may be on back-order from
the manufacturer. Usually we are restocked in a
matter of days but on occasion an item can take weeks
to be restocked. You can always email us to find the current status of
any item.
Special
Orders
If an item states it is "Special-Order",
the item is not in stock for immediate delivery, but it
will be placed on our daily order from that particular
manufacturer. In most situations this adds one week
to the normal delivery time. If you have any

We will return any unused
item at any time. Unused items must be sent in their original
packaging with a copy of your invoice. You are responsible for
shipping both to and from your location. If we are in error we will
pay for all shipping charges. All
returns must be called in or e-mailed in advance. We will
give you a return authorization number that will be
needed to get credit. Most
manufacturers offer a 30-day satisfaction return policy, all tools that fall under this time frame can be returned for any reason
while under the 30-day period, used or not. These rules are not set in concrete
but we do like to follow them whenever possible. Some
items such as generators and snow blowers are non-returnable items. If there is a defect they will be repaired under
warranty free of charge. Call or email us with any questions you may
have regarding returned merchandise. |

We will do
everything possible to get your shipment out the same day
you order it regardless of whether or not you are in need
of rush delivery. When we receive a rush order we place
it ahead of all pending shipments. If for some reason we
are unable to ship your order the same day, we will email
or call you to tell you the status of your order. Shipping companies do not factor Saturday and Sunday
into their transit times. Be sure to email us if you are unsure
of when your package will be delivered. |

We will only ship to the fifty United States. Please do not contact us with international
